Copy this into a document and fill in what you can. Short answers are fine, and "not sure yet" is a valid answer. The goal is a shared starting point, not a specification. Why each part matters is explained in what to prepare before you talk to an app studio.
1. The idea in two sentences
Who is it for, and what problem does it solve for them?
2. The first version
The 3 to 5 things a user must be able to do for this to be worth launching.
3. Users
Who uses it (customers, staff, admins...) and on what (phone, computer, both)?
4. Connections
Systems it must work with: payments, calendars, an existing website or database, other tools.
5. Examples
Apps or websites you like, and what you like about them. Also ones you do not like.
6. Timing and budget
Any date that matters, and a rough budget range.
- Deadline or key date:
- Budget range: under €5k / €5k to €15k / €15k to €40k / €40k+ / not sure yet
7. What exists already
Designs, an old app, a website, store accounts, a domain, earlier attempts.
