Who we are

This website is run by The Next Beacon, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42184444. For anything about your data, email info@thenextbeacon.com.

The contact form

When you send the form we receive your name, email address, project type, budget range and message by email. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your project. We keep project emails as long as the conversation is relevant and delete them on request.

Bot protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a script, is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address for that check.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and where people get stuck. Clarity sets cookies and records anonymised interactions such as clicks and scrolling. It only runs after you click Accept in the cookie bar; if you decline, it is never loaded. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell data.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email us and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
